Every Child a Writer 4.0

Every Child a Writer CORE

Released in the fall of 2013, Every Child a Writer CORE is a planned, systematic, and explicit program of writing instruction and assessment.  The program is aligned to the Common Core English Language Arts Standards and features daily lesson plans, prepared anchor texts, and preplanned assessments.  For more information, please visit ECAW.ORG.

These program provides tools and techniques for analysis of reading assessment data to drive classroom and special program interventions. These programs include dozens of research-based instructional activities in phonemic awareness, phonics, and oral reading fluency. All activities are based on the original research cited in the National Reading Panel Report, Teaching Children to Read. Using Early Reading Assessments to Drive Instruction includes a variety of colorful and fun manipulatives
